Use of Website

You agree to use this site lawfully, respectfully, and responsibly. Any misuse, including false listings, harassment, or fraud, may result in termination of access and legal action.

Membership

  • Signing up makes you a member of The Gun Show Directory (America’s Gun Show Community).

  • Members may receive occasional emails and are entered into our free monthly giveaways (see Section 5).

  • You can unsubscribe anytime.

  • We never sell or rent your personal information.

Vendor & Promoter Listings

1. Submitting Listings
Vendors and promoters are responsible for the accuracy of their submitted information. We may correct formatting or minor errors, but we’re not responsible for inaccuracies in submitted content.

2. Promotional Use
By submitting a listing, you grant The Gun Show Directory the right to display and promote it across the website, social media, or email communications.

3. Removal
We reserve the right to reject or remove listings at our discretion if they are misleading, inappropriate, or violate our standards.

Paid Listings & Promotions

1. Payment Terms
All paid listings and promotional placements must be paid in advance. Payment is non-refundable once the service has been activated.

2. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, or sales from any paid listing or promotional service.

Monthly Giveaways (Free for Members)

1. No Purchase Required
All email subscribers (members) are automatically entered into our free monthly giveaways. No purchase necessary.

2. Prizes & Winner Selection
Prizes may vary. Winners are selected at random and notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

In-Person Raffles (Firearm Prizes)

1. Ticket Sales
Raffle tickets are sold in person only at select gun shows. We do not sell raffle tickets online.

2. Eligibility

  • Raffle participants must be 21 years or older and legally eligible to own a firearm in their state.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID and background check may be required before transferring a prize.

  • Void where prohibited. Check your local laws before entering.

3. Firearm Transfers

  • All firearm prizes will be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

  • The winner must complete all required paperwork and pass a background check.

  • If the winner fails to meet legal requirements, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.

4. No Substitutions or Cash Value
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Disclaimer
The Gun Show Directory is not responsible for delays in firearm transfers, denial of background checks, or costs incurred by the winner during the transfer process (such as FFL transfer fees).

7. Reviews

We allow members to leave reviews on vendors and shows. While we monitor for offensive content, we do not remove critical or negative reviews unless they violate our content guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All site content, including our logos, layout, and original text, is owned by The Gun Show Directory unless otherwise noted. Don’t copy or reuse our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are a listing and media platform. We are not liable for:

  • Event cancellations or changes

  • Issues arising from vendor transactions

  • Failure to claim a giveaway or raffle prize

  • Any injury, damage, or loss related to attending a listed event or receiving a raffle prize

Use this site and participate in events at your own risk.
